We want your booking with Erlebnis Ägypten to be as straightforward and transparent as possible.
Cancellation by the customer
You can cancel free of charge up to and including 72 hours before your booked excursion. In this case, the amount you have already paid will be refunded in full.
If you cancel less than 72 hours before your booked excursion, a cancellation fee of 50% of the amount already paid applies. The remaining amount will be refunded.
If you fail to show up for your booked excursion ("no-show"), there is no entitlement to a refund of the amount already paid.
Cancellation by Erlebnis Ägypten
If Erlebnis Ägypten cancels an excursion due to weather conditions or for safety reasons, you can choose between the following options:
A full refund of the amount already paid, or a free rebooking to another available date.
The safety of our guests always comes first.
Rebookings
If you would like to move your excursion to a different date, please contact us as early as possible. A rebooking is subject to availability and is assessed on an individual basis.
Refunds
Refunds are issued via your original payment method wherever this is technically and organisationally possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and bank.
